St Elmo is situated 10 miles from Colchester in the centre of West Mersea on the unique Mersea Island. Mersea Island is only 60-90 minutes away from the North Sea crossing ports of Harwich and Felixstowe and the same time heading south to the Channel Tunnel. Day trips to London are only 45 minutes by train from Colchester and the renown shopping centres of Lakeside and Bluewater (50 and 60 miles) are well within reach. The famous University city of Cambridge is approximately 1 hours drive.

The famous holiday resort of Clacton-on-Sea is worth a visit (30 miles)and nearer to hand is the Five Lakes Hotel, Golf and Country Club, ideal for a round of golf and followed by some relaxation. This self-catering chalet bungalow has a block paved drive and fully enclosed rear garden. The interior has been newly refurbished with high quality furnishings. There is a large and spacious kitchen with a separate dining area which has French doors out onto the patio. The comfortable sitting room and the twin bedroom are also on the ground floor along with the cloakroom/WC. Upstairs is a double bedroom with ensuite showeroom, a single bedroom and the family bathroom.

What's included:
Heating and electricity are included in the rental price. All bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are allowed by arrangement with a small additional charge.

Directions: Take the A12 to Colchester then the B1025 to West Mersea. St Elmo is situated in the centre of the village.

This Essex holiday accommodation is available for rent all year. Change over day is Friday, check in time after 4pm and check out by 10am. Short breaks are available and there is a reduction for 2 people.
