Whilst in the other direction visitors can enjoy the riverside market town of Woodbridge, 13 miles, with a swimming pool and independent cinema, the ancient burial ground at Sutton Hoo (National Trust) and the Victorian seaside resort of Felixstowe, 28 miles.
