Situated in the small conservation village of Stalham Staithe, alongside the River Ant, Coots Nest has open plan accommodation which is comfortably furnished to offer a relaxing holiday location at any time of the year. It stands within a small complex of properties, close to the riverside, and is complete with your own courtyard with seating area. Nearby, you can hire a motor boat and sail alongside the beautiful scenery of the Norfolk Broads. When in season, fishing is available on your doorstep.


The Norfolk Broads Museum is a short walk away, where you can discover the history of boating and the Broads. Wroxham, known as capital of the Broads, can be easily reached, and a great family fun day out can be had at BeWILDerwood, a tree-top adventure in Horning.
The seaside resort of Sea Palling is 5 miles, or for quieter sandy beaches, take a trip to Waxham and Horsey. Bacton Woods have miles of foot trails great for walkers, dogs and your children to explore.

The city of Norwich makes for a great day out, with its cathedral, theatre, castle museum, excellent shopping, restaurants and cafés. Enjoy a day at the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, only 16 miles away. The Weavers Way runs through the town and provides good walking and cycling opportunities. Stalham itself provides a host of amenities including a supermarket, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Beach 5 miles. Shops and pub 500 yards, restaurant 50 yards.
