Oil central heating (£25 per week October-April poa), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking. No smoking.

The charming town of Holt, with its quaint shops and restaurants, is just 10 miles, the glorious sandy beaches of Holkham 15 miles and Wells-next-the Sea, Pensthorpe Park (of BBC Springwatch fame), Fakenham Races and a dinosaur park are all within an easy drive as are Norwich city and the Norfolk Broads.
