This delightful, terraced, fisherman’s cottage has a lovely rear courtyard garden, the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee whilst planning your day. With its long, flat promenade, golden sand and dunes, Instow offers something for everyone. The area is a must for water sports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes through the village. Dining out is a real treat as Instow has an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés, many overlooking the estuary. There is also a renowned delicatessen/village shop where you can pick up some fantastic local produce. Bideford, 2 miles, offers town amenities and boat trips to Lundy Island, and for family fun, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure parks are close by. Golf, fishing and horse riding are all available locally. Shop 400 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
