Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Small enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The garden is accessed by a shared path, and there is a fenced stream at the end of the garden.

The Duck House is a first floor apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a spacious and cosy living/dining room where you can spend your evenings together enjoying a meal or watching a good movie. There is a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking a meal to enjoy together. There is a comfortable kingsize bedroom and a single room, as well as a single sofa bed in the living room, making this suitable for 3-4 guests. You also have a lawned garden, which is accessed by a path shared with other residents at the properties.

It has a small stream behind the low fence and this is frequented by a family of ducks, which is where this apartment gets its name from.

In the village of Wool there are several convenience stores, a pub, takeaway and a train station, with a number of public transport links. It is a 10-minute drive straight down the road to Lulworth Cove, an area rich with history of pirates and a beautiful beach to spend your days. You can walk along the breathtaking clifftops to Durdle Door, one of Dorset’s most iconic landmarks with the natural limestone arch.



There are a variety of days out nearby including Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Lulworth Castle. Further afield you can head into Weymouth, The Purbecks, Corfe Castle and the seaside town of Swanage.
