This charming, rustic pair of semi-detached Victorian agricultural cottages, each with their own large private lawned garden, are located on the owner’s 600-acre working farm with far-reaching views over open countryside to the Sudbourne Marshes. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With wood burner, Freeview TV, DVD player, wooden floor and patio doors leading to garden.
Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Ideal for birdwatchers, cyclists and walkers. There is a footpath from the property to the river which takes visitors around the coast to Orford. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
