Set in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries, including fine dining, to many cafés serving homemade cakes and savouries.

Lovingly renovated to offer contemporary home from home comfort. The weekly market is excellent for all things local should you wish to enjoy a night of cooking and dining in.

There are many wonderful places to visit nearby, The Broads National Park is very popular, best enjoyed on the waterways with kayaks, canoes and day boat motor launches for a more leisurely pace, or enjoy a guided boat tour, where you can just sit back and soak up this incredible area. On your doorstep is the Lido open air heated swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers.
Near to the River Waveney, be sure to bring your binoculars, as it’s a great place to view the abundance of wildlife and offers great fishing opportunities.

Great location to explore both Norfolk and Suffolk, Lowestoft is the most easterly point in the UK and Norwich, a bustling cathedral city with culture, heritage and entertainment for all. Watch the weekly speed boat racing (in season) on Oulton Broad, 9 miles.
