Each has its own sunny patio with seating furniture that overlooks the landscaped courtyard, their own private parking, and a recreational grassed garden which you are invited to share.
Local walks and nature trails are close by ensuring the perfect location for summer holidays or winter escapes. The properties are nestled in the countryside, close to neighbouring villages with shops and pubs serving good food. The surrounding Broadland villages include Freethorpe, Lingwood, Strumpshaw, Reedham, Acle, Blofield and Brundall. Come and explore the best of Norfolk, with the famous Norfolk Broads and its amazing coastline, just 15 minutes’ drive away.
There are plenty of RSPB sites for great birdwatching nearby, including Strumpshaw Fen, Hickling Broad and Ted Ellis Nature Reserve at Surlingham.
A golf course can be found at Blofield and Sprowston. Visit the city of Norwich with theatres, castle museum, cathedral, art galleries, market square, indoor shopping malls, restaurants and cafés. Acle and Brundall offer daily boat hire, a miniature model village and a train station for further exploration.
The barns are within an easy drive of Norfolk’s finest sandy beaches. Wroxham, 11 miles, known as the ’Capital of the Norfolk Broads’, has waterside restaurants, cafés and a variety of shops, daily boat hire and river trips. Hickling Broad is 15 miles away with a nature reserve that links to the Norfolk Broad’s unique topography of reed-lined waterways, famous for their coarse fishing, boating and variety of wildlife, especially waterfowl.
