Situated just 3 miles from the coastline, nestled within the owner’s large garden, this holiday cottage is great for couples wanting to relax and explore the wonderful North Norfolk coastline. Located opposite Roughton fishing lake, a must for any fishing enthusiast.

The traditional seaside town of Cromer is 3 miles away, with its sandy beaches, promenade, pier, cafés, pubs and shops, and the Cromer carnival which is held in August.
The popular seaside resorts of Mundesley and Sheringham, 7½ miles away, provide a perfect seaside day out, along with a coastal path for glorious walks.
Several National Trust sites, including Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park are within a few minutes’ drive. The Saltmarsh RSPB bird and nature reserve offers great birdwatching and wildlife spotting opportunities. The cottage is within easy reach of Broadland’s fascinating network of tranquil waterways. Wroxham, 17 miles, for day boat hire and river trips, is readily available for exploring this uniquely lovely conservation area - The Norfolk Broads National Park.
If you wish to venture further afield, why not head to Wells-next-the-Sea, 23 miles away, where you can admire its picturesque quay or take a boat trip to visit the National Trust island and watch the basking seals. You could also visit the Royal Sandringham Estate, open to the public when the Royals are not in residence, 39 miles. The city of Norwich, 20 miles, is where you can enjoy excellent shopping with two indoor shopping malls, a cathedral, castle museum, theatre, fine dining, plenty of cafés and pubs. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
