Great for couples, small families or friends holidaying together. Situated on the border of Norfolk and Suffolk with surrounding countryside, quiet country lanes and footpaths on the doorstep and a great base to explore many delights both counties do offer.
This lovely detached barn conversion is tucked away with wrap around enclosed lawn garden and very comfortably furnished. Mostly being on single-story there are a few steps leading down to the kitchen/dining room. Simply relax and enjoy the enclosed lawn garden, and for cooler months, snuggle up enjoying the peace and quiet.
Within a short drive is the village of Long Stratton (9 minutes) with its pub, supermarket, take-away restaurants, award winning café, library and butcher. Market towns of Diss (13 miles), Bungay (11 miles) and Beccles (18 miles) for plenty of eateries, cafes, supermarkets, local markets, shops and more.

Nearby attraction includes Banham Zoo, Forncett Tank and Industrial Steam Museum, Bressingham Steam Museum, Wymondham Abbey and many pretty market towns with bistro pubs.
The Heritage Suffolk coastline is within an hour’s drive and North Norfolk Coast, which is an Area of Outstanding Natrual Beauty, is just 52 miles away. Famous Southwold has sandy beach, pier, shops and restaurants (27 miles). Seaside towns of Great Yarmouth (30 miles) for sandy beach, pier, fun fair, amusements, crazy golf, shops and plenty of restaurants. Enjoy a day out exploring the famous Norfolk Broads national park, daily boat hires available from Beccles, and Wroxham, known as the capital of the broads.


Great days out for children include BeWILDerwood, a treetop adventure park, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, Go Ape tree top rope walks at Thetford Forest and Thrigby Wildlife Park and Gardens. Visit the medieval city of Norwich, 35 minutes drive away, with its cathedral, castle museum, shopping malls, market square, cafés, restaurants and theatre. Excellent bird watching opportunities at Strumpshaw Fen RSPB reserve, Surlingham, Rockland Marshes, Buckenham Marshes, Berney Marshes and Breydon Water.
