Ideally located to explore both Norfolk and Suffolk, Birch is a semi-detached bungalow in the small village of Haddiscoe. All on one level, it is ideal for families and less mobile guests.
Surrounding the property are stunning mature gardens with an abundance of wildlife. Haddiscoe is in the southern part of the Norfolk Broads National Park and this entire area is a stunning mix of nature, flora and fauna.

The village of St Olaves offers a riverside pub to spend your days relaxing and watching the pleasure boats go by. Beccles is a short drive away, a popular market town, with independent shops, restaurants and cafés as well as an outdoor swimming pool, adjacent to the River Waveney. Fritton is a another popular village and Fritton Lake is a must visit with its family friendly attractions and excellent pub serving locally sourced food.

The property is located just 3 minutes from Haddiscoe railway station, so why not leave the car and enjoy a hassle-free day out? The fine city of Norwich is well worth a visit, boasting a medieval caste, cathedral and excellent shopping which will keep you entertained all day. Beach 9½ miles. Shop 4½ miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles
