Bedroom 2: With ¾ double bed.
Bedroom 3: With single bed and pull-out bed (suitable for children only).
Bedroom 4: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Upstairs are 4 lovely bedrooms comprising a master bedroom boasting beams and en-suite facilities, another lovely double bedroom to the rear with countryside views, a bedroom with 4ft double bed, and corner bedroom with a single bed with pull-out single bed, suitable for children.

Just a short stroll away is an award-winning pub and bar.
Fleggburgh is a quiet village and its location close to the east coast beaches and within The Broads National Park, so you have best of both worlds on your doorstep. Surrounded by open countryside, the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Nearby routes include the Weavers Way and the National Cycle route 30 that runs along the coast. Beautiful sandy beaches include Winterton-on-Sea and Horsey, just 20 minutes’ drive away. At Horsey don’t miss the resident seal colony and if you are visiting in the winter, be sure to spot the seal pups too. The Broads National Park has 125 miles of inlets and waterways to explore, seek out the Canoe Man who will take you in a kayak to explore some of the quieter reaches of the river systems.


Filby Broad 1 mile for fishing and rowing boat hire. Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, 2 miles, and offers a unique view of its Asian animal inhabitants on raised walkways. Looking for some city life, then the bustling cultural city of Norwich, 17 miles for cathedral, castle museum, theatre, excellent shopping, art galleries, cafés and fine restaurants. Wroxham, 14 miles, known as the Capital of the Norfolk Broads, with waterside shops, cafés, restaurants, and daily boat hire with river trips available to best explore the expanse of waterways. Beach 7 miles. Shop 1 mile. Pub and restaurant 500 yards
