Nestled alongside with commanding views of the River Yare and Haven Bridge river crossing within the historical quayside area of Great Yarmouth, home to Time and Tide museum, Nelson’s museum and with commercial port activity of arriving ships.
The entrance has secure lock entry and the lifts are secured with key coded use. At ground floor is shared undercover parking and storage for all apartment residence. The building has 4 floors, each floor having two apartments. Yare Quays is located on the fourth floor being furnished and equipped to a good standard offering contemporary modern comforts. The living room boasts river views and has double sofa bed for additional sleeping, the modern kitchen is equipped to prepare meals at home, with breakfast/dining area, two comfortable spacious bedroom, the master with en-suite facility, and a modern family bathroom.
A short walk away are shops, and many eateries for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A 12 minutes’ walk away is the town centre. The Golden Mile for amusements and sandy beach is a 20 minutes’ walk. The traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth offers promenade, glorious sandy beach, pier with entertainment, Sea Life Centre, bowling, amusements, donkey rides, bouncy castles, wax world, model village, fun fair for both small children and adrenaline rides, crazy golf, water park (opening summer 2022), restaurants, cafés and pubs. Deck chairs are available for hire and boat trips to visit the seals at Scroby Sands. Central beach hosts fireworks spectacular each Wednesday (weather permitting) during the summer season. With many activities available all year round, please note some have seasonal openings.
The town centre has shopping mall and market square; a great place for seeking fresh fish, sea food and fruit, along with supermarkets and a train station. Nearby (2. 3 miles) is the stadium for grey hound racing, stock car racing and a horse racing track. The famous Norfolk Broads is just 11 miles away, a National Park with over 125 miles of waterways. There are daily river and boat trips and riverside eateries. The city of Norwich, 21 miles, for excellent shopping two indoor malls, market square, cathedral, castle museum, theatre, cafés and restaurants.
