Wren Cottage is a classic, countryside end-of-terrace cottage in the quiet village of Wisset, just outside Halesworth and close to the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The perfect bolthole, you can stay tucked away enjoying the unique ‘Queenie’ wood burner or use the property as the ideal base to explore the surrounding area. On your doorstep, the quiet village of Wisset offers a fabulous pub with excellent food, which has been locally produced. The village is famous for Virginia Woolf spending a few months here in 1916.

The unique flat landscape lends itself well to cycling and walking but also nature enthusiasts as RSPB Minsmere is 13½ miles away. The Suffolk Heritage Coast includes the ever popular towns of Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich where culture, food and history blend beautifully, offering guests a new experience each day. Inland, a visit to Framlingham Castle is a must, made famous by the Ed Sheeran hit ’Castle on the Hill. ’ Beach 10 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 20 yards.
