The Norfolk Broads Museum is a few steps away, from here you can discover the history of boating and The Broads. Wroxham, known as the capital of the Broads, is only 8 miles away. A great family fun days out can be had at BeWILDerwood, a tree top adventure in Horning, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade and Wroxham Barns.
The seaside resort of Sea Palling is 5 miles away, or for quieter sandy beaches, take a trip to Waxham and Horsey. The city of Norwich makes for a great day out, with its cathedral, theatre, castle museum, excellent shopping, restaurants, and cafés. Enjoy a day at the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, only 16 miles away. The Weavers Way runs through the town and provides good walking and cycling opportunities.
