Please note: No children. This semi-detached barn conversion tucked away in a peaceful countryside location in the coastal village of Happisburgh, famous for its red and white striped lighthouse. An ideal location for exploring coastline with coastal path and sandy beaches of Happisburgh, Bacton and Walcott that are just minutes away. The Coach House is neighbouring to the owners’ home offering privacy and boasting charming and plenty of character.

The open plan accommodation has steep stairs leading to a balcony bedroom.

Outside is a wonderful south facing patio to relax and simply soak up the sun by the garden pond.

Walkers will delight at the nearby Bacton Woods, made up of 280 acres of woodland. Three way-marked walks can be found here to leisurely explore and discover the 200-year-old trees. Famous Norfolk Broads National Park, Wroxham being known as the capital of the Broads, is just 11 miles away, where guests can dine by the waterside or hire a day boat where you can explore the wonders of the Broads from the water.

The popular resorts of Cromer and Sheringham, which offers shops, cafés and the Poppy Line Steam Railway which visits the pretty coastline village of Weybourne or the East Ruston Vicarage Gardens are within a short drive.

National Trust properties including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham gardens and are all worth a visit. The fine city of Norwich with its cathedrals, museums, theatres, cobbled streets and array of shops and cafés is a fantastic day out. The bustling market town of North Walsham is 7 miles away with shops and a train station with a service to Norwich.
