The owners live on-site and have cleverly arranged the apartment so the living room and bedroom are on the first floor, which enjoys the very best views and have worked hard to make the accommodation as stylish and welcoming as possible. Enjoying a riverside location, the ever changing river views really draw the eye. Horning itself offers lots of places to eat and drink, along with some lovely boutique shops to potter around. Venture a little further afield and you will find a wealth of great things to discover and enjoy.
Head to Wroxham and join a scheduled cruise or charter a day launch and relax as you drift along the scenic river.
Coast lovers can be at lovely Winterton-on-Sea in less than 25 minutes. Here you will find undulating sand dunes and a wide sandy beach. For a change of pace, head east and enjoy all the fun of the fair at Great Yarmouth where you can stroll along the golden mile. Thrill seekers can head to Pleasurewood Hills and enjoy a day at this unique Suffolk theme park.
Alternatively, head west and visit Cromer with its Edwardian seafront and famous pier.
For a spot of history, make time to enjoy the stunning Blickling Estate, former home of Anne Boleyn. Be make sure to schedule in a trip to the medieval city of Norwich, with its splendid Norman castle, numerous museums and galleries and the much visited Lanes with lots of boutique shops, cafés and restaurants.
