Accommodation details

Ground Floor:
Living room: With wood burner, Freeview TV and wooden floor.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tiled floor.
Bathroom: With corner bath, shower attachment and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

Gas central heating and gas (£25 per week, £15 per short break October-April), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Front and enclosed rear sitting-out areas and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

This terraced property is situated in a quiet coastal residential street close to the beach, the perfect cosy retreat in which to base yourself so you can explore all that the area has to offer. Enjoy the idyllic holiday location, set close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border, there really is fun to be had in all directions. For thrill seekers, Pleasurewood Hills theme park is very close by and offers thrill rides, family rides, children’s rides and a host of shows and attractions. Discover Great Yarmouth, Norfolk’s Golden Mile, and enjoy all the traditional seaside attractions and more.

Southwold, with its famous painted beach huts is a more tranquil seaside setting for those seeking peace and quiet with an arty twist. Thrigby Hall and Africa Alive offer close encounters with an array of animals and are both well worth a visit, as is Norwich with its Norman castle, beautiful cathedral and medieval quarter, where you can also enjoy numerous museums, great shopping and an array of places to eat.

Plus, walkers will be spoilt for choice with breezy coastal walks and Corton Woods, a network of meandering footpaths. Factor in lots of bird watching opportunities, cycling routes, boat hire, windsurfing, speed boat racing and sailing opportunities galore and you’ll see why this part of the coast is so very popular.
