It is only 400 yards from Heydon, which is a conservation area and Norfolk’s most beautiful village. The parkland can be walked and there is a mown area aroud the cottage for sitting out. Situated 12 miles from the cathedral city of Norwich, and close to the North Norfolk Coast and Broads. Cromer and Sheringham beaches 8-10 miles away. Shop and pub ¼ mile.
