Excellent rural views can be enjoyed to the front elevation. The enclosed rear garden with a patio and furniture enjoys the sunshine all day long. There are walking and cycling opportunities which can be enjoyed direct from door. Paston Way footpath is located at the end of the cul-de-sac, 40 yards. North Walsham has a good selection of shops, a weekly market, bowling alley, leisure centre with swimming pool, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets.

Felbrigg and Blickling Halls (NT), and Sheringham Park are all within a 30-minute drive. Georgian market town of Holt is 20 miles and a little further is Blakeney Quay, 22 miles.

City of Norwich, 19 miles, for excellent shopping centres, theatre, market, castle museum, cathedral, cafés and restaurants. Beach 4 miles. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
