The property has been lovingly converted with 2 acres of lawned gardens to enjoy. There is a fantastic open plan living space where the contemporary kitchen area has a large island and breakfast bar, and the living area boasts a gas wood burner and large windows overlooking the gardens. A playroom with selection of children’s toys and a small gym area with weights and treadmill is available. Detached from the property, there is a snug garden room with a full size snooker table for guests enjoyment. Split over two floors, each bedroom has been lovingly furnished and boasts en-suite facilities.

With its miles of coast and beautiful beaches, the popular resorts of Aldeburgh and Southwold are within easy driving distance. The heart of constable country offers genuine landscapes and vistas that will inspire you at every angle. Walk for miles, visit local market towns and enjoying home-made meals in award winning local pubs, you surely wont be stuck for things to do.

Enjoy the historic villages of Lavenham, Woodbridge, Clare and Cavendish, where the streets are lined with timber-framed buildings and where there are eating and drinking opportunities galore.
