Relax in the evenings in front of the cosy wood burner after a day exploring the sandy beaches of the East Coast, the Lincolnshire Wolds, or the nearby Lincolnshire Aviation Centre, home of Just Jane the WWII Lancaster Bomber.

Close to the local town of Horncastle where you will find many antique shops to browse and the neighbouring village of Bolingbroke Castle.
There are plenty of village pubs and tearooms offering you refreshment on your travels whether by car, bike or on foot as you explore the peace and quiet of the Lincolnshire Wolds before you return to your own hot tub to sit back and relax in. The owners provide freshly laundered bathrobes for your use. Nearby Spilsby has a good selection of shops, post office, restaurants and pubs as well as a weekly market to enjoy.


The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is around a 20-minute drive with miles of sandy beaches to explore as well as the Seal Sanctuary and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, a must for birdwatchers to visit and see the wildlife that inhabits the old dunes and land around. Just a 5 minute drive to Snipe Dales Nature Reserve.
The barns have a sound proofed interconnecting door. Beach 14 miles.
