This Grade II Listed Farmhouse is situated in the centre of the village, close to the pub with large enclosed lawned gardens making it ideal for family celebrations and gatherings. There is plenty of room for entertaining with a very spacious kitchen/diner as well as 2 sitting rooms, a snug and a games/computer room with an Xbox One, PS3, Nintendo Wii, Sky TV and desk for working on if required. The large lawned garden is approx. ½ acre and is situated mainly to the rear of Old Hall Farmhouse with an enclosed garden sun room as well as an undercover area with a table tennis table.


For days out the traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 14 miles to the east with its sandy beaches, amusements and fun fair for all the family. To the west 5 miles away is the market town of Horncastle well known for its many antique and collectables shops, Cadwell Park Race Circuit near Louth is approx.

20 minutes drive and the City of Lincoln well known for its Cathedral and Castle is approx. 35 minutes’ drive for days out exploring the Castle area or the shopping to be found on the High Street and around the Wharf area which also benefits from many good restaurants and bars to sit outside and watch the world go by on the water. Beach 14 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and retaurant 150 yard
