There is the added bonus of designated parking for one car.
Alnwick Garden is a popular visitor attraction where there is a grand cascade waterfall and treehouse restaurant. Alnwick Castle is the film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts and also well worth a visit. The picturesque coastal village of Alnmouth is only 4 miles east where there is a glorious stretch of golden coastline. There are two prestigious golf courses in Alnmouth.
Heading 10 miles west of Belle Vue is the wild and heather-capped Cheviot Hills, and the small pretty town of Rothbury sits at the foot of the hills where the River Coquet ebbs and flows.
Cragside is a stunning National Trust property on the edge of Rothbury. Belle Vue makes an excellent base for couples wishing to be within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops of central Alnwick, whilst also giving easy access to the Heritage coastline this area is renowned for. Beach 4 miles. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
