Dene House is an attractive detached property, set amongst its own mature garden with beautiful eastern views towards Titlington Pike. This single-storey cottage is immaculately presented throughout and boasts a wonderful homely ambience. The living room is complete with a cosy open fire, perfect to snuggle in front of. The kitchen follows into the comfortable conservatory, which in turn leads onto the enclosed garden. All three bedrooms are well co-ordinated and tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind, and one even offers en-suite facilities.



Dene House sits alone, yet is close to a quiet stretch of the A697 giving easy access to North Northumberland. The small town of Wooler sits at the foot of the Cheviot Hills and is only 10 miles north. The picture-postcard town of Rothbury, which sits at the foot of the Simonside and Lordenshaw Hills, is equidistant to the south west. Straddling the banks of the trout and salmon-rich River Coquet, this area is ideal for walkers and cyclists.

The National Trust visitor attraction of Cragside is close by and well worth a visit. The historic market town of Alnwick is just 9 miles away and offers a wide array of amenities. Visit Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Gardens; both popular tourist attractions. The Northumberland Heritage Coast is less than 20 miles east making Dene House an excellent base for exploring North Northumberland with easy access to the Scottish Borders too. Beach 14 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub ½ mile and restaurant 9 miles.
