Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on the fringe of the historic market town of Alnwick, this semi-detached bungalow is immaculately presented throughout. There is a lovely conservatory leading from the living room to relax in, which enhances its bright and airy ambience. Fourteen is located on a residential area on the periphery of Alnwick giving the benefit of parking.

A supermarket can be found less than a mile away, and the town centre itself offers a wide array of amenities including a cinema/playhouse, independent shops, restaurants, tea rooms and a variety of pubs.

Visit Alnwick Castle, home to the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland, or Alnwick Gardens, with its fantastic grand cascade waterfall and a restaurant set within the largest tree house in Europe.

Fourteen makes an excellent base, giving easy access to explore the Cheviot Hills to the west, and the beautiful stretch of golden sandy beaches this area is renowned for to the east. Beach 4 miles. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
