Meadow View is an attractive stone-built, terraced cottage, situated in the quiet hamlet of South Charlton. The property has been beautifully restored and is immaculately presented throughout, with three double bedrooms, and the master with en-suite. This divine cottage oozes charm and character and is suitable for the gathering of family and friends alike. One of the bedrooms and family bathroom is conveniently situated on the ground floor, and the beautiful roof lantern in the dining/kitchen area enhances the light and airy ambience throughout the living space. To the rear of the property is a smart decked area giving a sheltered area to dine al fresco, as well as ample private parking and an outbuilding suitable for the storage of bicycles and golf clubs.

Alnwick offers a wide array of amenities including a cinema/playhouse, restaurants, independent shops and a variety of pubs. Alnwick Castle, home to the Duke of Northumberland (and film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts!) is a popular visitor attraction, or visit the Alnwick Gardens; a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden, including a grand cascade waterfall and poison garden, where guests can dine in the restaurant of the largest tree house in Europe!
The Heritage coastline this area is renowned for is only a short drive east.

Take a boat trip to the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour and watch the puffins and seals at play. Bamburgh Castle is also well worth a visit. A short drive inland brings you to the Cheviot Hills and the small towns of Wooler and Rothbury.
