Situated right in the centre of Berwick-upon-Tweed, this apartment is formed over two levels and has been finished to very good modern standards. Comfortable sleeping two adults in a kingsize bed, this apartment is perfect for a couple visiting Berwick as a base for enjoying the Northumbrian coast and beyond, or just enjoying a break away for some peace and quiet.

Accessed from ground level at the back of the building, stairs lead to the first floor.

A spacious living/dining has comfortable sofas and a 50" Smart TV. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher in addition to standard appliances. Again, stairs lead to the second floor where there is a generous bedroom and well-equipped shower room with drench shower.

Berwick-upon-Tweed, the last town before the border with Scotland, is a gateway to adventure.

Whether it’s a trip north to ’Bonnie Scotland’ or explorations around the Northumbrian coast with its beautiful beaches, islands, historic towns and villages. Berwick is a superb base from which to do it all or, as this property is so nice, just enjoy the time away from ’real life’ and relax in this home away from home. Beach ½ miles.
