This terraced, renovated, former fisherman’s cottage is set close to the harbour in the centre of this popular coastal fishing village and is only a stone’s throw from the sea and popular village pub and café. Retaining character and charm, Lobster Cottage provides a homely and welcoming holiday base to explore this magnificent coastline and beyond. Craster is steeped in tradition and centred around the picture postcard harbour where visitors should try the smoked Craster kippers from the smokery (one of the oldest in England) or the local pub. The coastal path from the harbour along to Dunstanborough Castle is one of the prettiest walks in the county. The coastline and inland is peppered with friendly villages and castles, and visitors will find they have to return to enjoy what is reputedly the most unpopulated and unspoilt county in England. Lobster Cottage will delight all age groups with its idyllic location and comfortable interior. Alnwick Castle and Gardens 7 miles.
