Dove Lodge is a delightful, single storey detached lodge situated on an exclusive site with other lodges, just outside the village of Otterburn. On the edge of the Northumberland National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Dove Lodge is located towards the back of the park and is ideal for couples or friends looking for some peace and relaxation. Enjoy stargazing from the raised decked area, as the National Park has been awarded a gold tier international award for the largest Dark Sky Park in Europe.

The lodge has been renovated throughout offering a cosy base from which to explore the many delights in this friendly county. The village has a local shop, café, pub, hotel and a mill shop. Kielder Forest and Observatory, and the Northumberland Heritage Coast, peppered with castles and beaches, make great days out. Outdoor enthusiasts will love this area and it is a favourite location for walkers and adventure seekers.

Nearby Bellingham offers pubs, village shops, banks and a post office. Enjoy a day trip to Alnwick, with its famous castle, Hadrian’s Wall, which is just a few miles away and steeped in history with Roman forts and museums, and Hexham and Rothbury, both easily accessible.
