Relax in the enclosed rear garden, or enjoy the distant views of the Coquet Valley and hills from the front garden. Tastefully furnished throughout, the cottage is a delight to return to after a day exploring the many visitor attractions. For the active, you can walk down to Rothbury or it is a short drive in the car. Rothbury has a selection of pubs, cafés, shops and a riverside for lovely walks. Alnwick Castle is around 30 minute’s drive, and makes a great day out. The Heritage Coast with miles of sandy beaches and Kielder Water and Observatory are within easy reach. The location is peaceful yet still close to local amenities, giving guests the best of both worlds. Beach 18 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
