Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring and there are drops in the garden off a stone banked area.

The owner’s have a small holding, which is home to horses, chickens and peacocks - as well as sheep in the fields either side of this property, making it perfect for nature lovers. Lakes, Dales, Borderland, the market towns of Barnard Castle and Hexham, Newcastle and Durham within 30 miles. Originally a bank barn, it is split level, entering on the upper ground floor. Shop and pub ½ mile.
