Breaks Hall Bungalow is surrounded by amazing views, countryside and you can watch the steam train straight from the living room!. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and Freeview Smart TV.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds and Smart TV.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Exertnal horse stables (at cost).

Breaks Hall Bungalow has been lovingly decorated and furnished to a great standard in July 2021, a great property for families or couples, very comfortable living space which also has a wood burning stove for cosy winter nights. It has a large, enclosed garden, including a grassed lawn and patio, perfect for outside dinning and BBQs. This fabulous Bungalow is situated on a working Dairy and Sheep farm nestled within the Eden Valley, overlooking the Pennines.
The Eden Valley is a peaceful and incredibly scenic area, offering impressive views across the Cumbria countryside. This location is ideal for touring the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales, being 18 miles from Garsdale Head in Yorkshire dales, and 21 miles from Haweswater and 30 miles to Windermere in the Lake District.

Great Asby is a quiet hamlet approximately 1. 5-mile walking distance from Breaks Hall Bungalow and has The Three Greyhounds Public House. This holiday home is close to Kirkby Stephen, Appleby-in-Westmorland and Sedbergh in the Howgill Fells. The ancient, market town of Appleby is just a 5 miles drive away with various grocery shops, pubs, take away restaurants, children’s parks and a swimming pool.

The most impressive feature of the local landscape is ancient Appleby Castle, which sits overlooking the River Eden.
Outdoor and nature enthusiasts will find plenty of walking, cycling, golf, horse riding and fishing in the area. The famous Settle to Carlisle Railway can be seen from the Bungalows living room window, so make sure to have your camera ready or why not go for a ride! Breaks Hall Bungalow has a very accessible bridleway running through the farmland, great for anyone who would like to bring their Ponies or horses along, stabling available by arrangement in summer months
