Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Use of owner’s freezer available on request. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. 1½- acre landscaped grounds with woodland (shared with owner). 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

From the living room there is also a small private courtyard for guests to enjoy the peace and tranquillity, and the plums when the time is right!
Located in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside Plum Corner is the perfect place to enjoy a stroll with your four-legged friends on the many peaceful woodland walks.
Brampton is a delightful little town only 3 miles away where you will find a variety of shops, cafés and pubs. The attractions are endless in the area, however a must is a visit to Birdoswald Roman Fort on the path of the world famous Hadrian’s Wall, or Talkin Tarn where you can go boating, coarse fishing or walking.
The location is ideal and central for all, with visits to the Lake District National Park, the Solway Coast, Scottish Borders and the Eden Valley within a ½ hour drive. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ mile
