The spacious living room boasts underfloor heating, an impressive beamed vaulted ceiling and table football. There is a wonderful open fronted, oak framed, patio complete with grape vines and fairy lights, perfect for alfresco dining.

Woodlands and meadows are all available to explore, and for those with doggy companions there are three fenced fields available to use. The grounds are full of life with badgers, bats and owls and in season the owners are happy to supply you with fresh salads, tomatoes, eggs and even honey.
Set right on the Longster Trail, and with the Sandstone Trail in easy reach, ample walking is available direct from the door.

Delamere Forest is a 5 minute drive and is home to bike trails, Go Ape and a calendar full of events, and the historic city of Chester and Chester Zoo can be reached in around 20 minutes. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is around a 15 minute drive as is the Blue Planet Aquarium, and for those wanting to give their cars a rest both Mouldsworth and Helsby train stations are just a few miles away providing direct services to Manchester and Chester.
