Ideal touring location. Hollybank House (ref 29408) has an eleven-seater silver screen cinema room with projection and sound system adaptable to DVDs, Playstation and Xbox (not supplied). Hollybank Cottage (ref 26811) has the added bonus of a games room whilst Holly Cottage (ref 25859) provides compact holiday accommodation.

The traditional market town of Cockermouth, the birthplace of William Wordsworth, and the bustling lakeside town of Keswick both have a wide selection of attractions, and are within a 20-minute drive. Birdwatching and coastal walking can be enjoyed along the Solway, 4 miles.
The city of Carlisle, 15 miles, with castle and excellent museum is a good starting point for discovering the World Heritage Site of Hadrian’s Wall, with its interesting exhibition and the history of the Border Reivers from nearby Scotland. The Northumberland National Park, Eden Valley and the North Pennines are all within a scenic drive. Shops 3 miles, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
