Situated on a working 65-acre beef and sheep farm, this semi-detached house is only 6 miles away from the stunning Westwater Lake, which is ideal for swimming and kayaking and of course a picnic or gentle stroll.

On the first floor are two comfortable double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden and private parking. The nearby village of Ravenglass is home to ‘Lal Ratty’, a narrow gauge stream train that travels through the Eskdale valley and arrives in the magical village of Boot, with its selection of pubs, all serving fantastic food.
This is a great location to start a climb of Scafell Pike or perhaps enjoy an ice cream. The popular Muncaster Castle is nearby, hosting a variety of events throughout the year.

Just a short drive away is Seascale, a popular coastal village with a spectacular beach, children’s playground and a great ice cream parlour. Further afield you can venture over the Hardknott Pass which winds its way to the eastern lakes and is renowned for being one of the most challenging drives in the UK. The River Esk is a perfect spot for a picnic with some great areas to paddle or explore. Beach 800 yards. Shop 15 miles, pub and restaurant 800 yards.
