Sandy Views is a stylish and relaxing, two bedroom apartment with unrivalled sea views. Just under a mile’s walk from the popular, Victorian seaside town of Grange-over-Sands, you are sure to have a fantastic stay. Grange-over-Sands has plenty to see and do, so if leaving your car parked up for the holiday or arriving by train, you are within walking distance of many attractions. There are an abundance of restaurants, individual cafés and boutique shops to experience. Take a walk down the promenade and enjoy the views looking right over to Morecambe Bay and Heysham. There is a fantastic golf range close by and many public walking routes around.
Heading out of Grange-over-Sands, Cartmel is only 2 miles down the road and is famous for its horse racing weekends (they are hosted four times a year) and also for its sticky toffee pudding.
This quirky village is definitely worth a visit, and also offers two Michelin star restaurants for you to enjoy -be sure to book! Newby Bridge, home to the Lakes Aquarium, Windermere Lake Cruises and the Haverthwaite steam train, is just 7 miles away. Known as the ’gateway into the Lakes’, you can easily access many popular towns around Cumbria including Ulverston, Ambleside, Coniston, Bowness-on-Windermere and Windermere. Beach 16 miles.
