The main door opens directly into the main living area, mind your head as you walk in - this traditional cottage is full of beams! The large fireplace and wood burner take centre stage of this cosy room. There is a light open plan dining room and well equipped kitchen area, as well as a handy utility room, the perfect place to clean up the dogs after a long walk! The first floor offers four bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and there is a family bathroom.
One of the bedrooms opens up onto your own private balcony and another small garden area.
Dubber Beck is a short drive from Grizedale Forest, where you can find plenty of walking and mountain bike trails suitable for all the family. A café and playground can also be found there. Why not visit the Rusland Valley, which is full of archaeological excavations, including Satterthwaite Bloomery, or explore the Greenwood Trails and Hay Bridge Nature Reserve?
