Bolan House is in the tranquil village of Langwathby which is located right in the heart of the beautiful Eden Valley, renowned for its scenery, wonderful walking, picturesque sandstone villages and quiet country lanes. The area is perfectly placed between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, making it ideal for cycling, hiking and outdoor pursuits. Some notable attractions in the area include Brougham Castle and the stunning Dalemain Mansion and Historic Gardens, a country house set within large grounds, its medieval courtyard and Elizabethan great barn featured in the TV adaptation of Charlotte Bronte’s ‘Jane Eyre’.
Not to be missed is a trip to Cumbria’s Rheged Centre Cinema, which, apart from its huge IMAX cinema showing movies on a giant screen, is home to the National Mountaineering Exhibition and the Discovering Cumbria Exhibition. Penrith has excellent food shops and quality supermarkets.
This detached property has a very generous living area for all of its guests with a separate conservatory with additional seating, there is also a large dining room and games/play room.
The kitchen is a large family size area and upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
