It boasts a wonderful enclosed garden to the rear, accessed through the patio doors in the living room, making for a brilliant sun trap to either enjoy a morning coffee or a BBQ in the warmer months. Renovated throughout by the owner in 2019 to a very good standard, this property has the benefit of being so close to a town with an abundance of heritage.
Perfectly situated only a stone’s throw from the winding streets of Lewes means there’s easy access to enjoy the wide variety of cafes, local shops and restaurants.
