De Rosa is a beautiful seafront property boasting stunning sea views. This modern first floor apartment is situated in a marina found to the east of Eastbourne. On arrival you can enter the gated community where the apartment is situated and find a private parking space. You can access the property through either the private south-facing courtyard or alternatively take the lift up to the first floor via the north entrance of the block.
Open the French doors from the living room to the balcony, let the sun and fresh sea air pour into the apartment and step out to enjoy the views.
The private courtyard garden is a fantastic sun trap and if you wish to explore, the edge of the harbour is within 50 yards with views stretching far out into the English Channel.
The waterfront has a selection of restaurants from Thai to Italian, or of course the more traditional fish and chips. If you wish to go for a nice, relaxing stroll then head down the historic promenade where you can enjoy an ice cream on the pier.
Being in the historic town of Eastbourne means you’re on the fringe of the South Downs National Park, with many activities nearby including beautiful bike rides through the forest, or take a boat trip and observe the famous cliffs of Beachy Head that have been there for over 65 million years. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards
