Sunnyside has been renovated throughout by the current owners, who have added a lovely modern twist to the spacious accommodation. The rear garden, accessed through the kitchen, is a beautiful space to enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage as the sun goes down. The good quality finish and the friendly neighbourhood in which it sits really make for a wonderful time away and a perfect escape away to the coast. This clever and well thought out space is brilliant for entertaining friends and loved ones, but transforms into a cosy hideaway in the colder months, with a real charm about it.


Ideally situated a stone’s throw from Eastbourne’s highly sought after Sovereign Harbour, which caters for all tastes. The waterfront has a selection of restaurant’s from Thai to Italian or of course the more traditional fish and chips. If you wish to go for a nice relaxing stroll, then head down the historic promenade where you can enjoy an ice cream on the pier.

Being in the historic town of Eastbourne means you’re on the fringe of the South Downs National Park which encourages many activities from beautiful bike rides through the forest to boat trips where you can observe the famous cliffs of Beachy Head that have been there for over 65 million years. Beach ½ mile. Shop 350 yards, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
