A detached family home with a spacious and sunny south facing rear garden and outdoor swimming pool. Situated in the hamlet of Portmore midway between the coastal town of Lymington and the open forest at Norley Wood and Beaulieu.

Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds, door leading to pool area and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 4: With 2ft 6in bunk beds (for young children only).
Bathroom: With bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue. Swimming pool (private, 8m x 4m, depth 1. 2m – 1. 8m, open 7am - 7pm). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: Holidaymakers, couples and family bookings only. Sorry, no hen or stag parties. There is an uncovered fish pond in the front garden.

This super holiday home is dog friendly, able to comfortably accommodate eight guests, and ideal for families looking to explore the many attractions of the wider Hampshire and Dorset area. Pine Croft is only a short walk from you being out in the open forest and you can walk to these in just 15 minutes. The owners provide routes for several lovely walks from the house, across heathland through the woods and by the sea. The New Forest is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is well known for its excellent walking and being the ideal place to enjoy tranquil days out, with rambling, cycling and golf available. Wild ponies and cattle roam the lanes and streets, and there are many picturesque villages to discover with gift shops, cafés, and restaurants serving cream teas.

There are also vineyards and farm shops where you can try the local wine and produce. There are beautiful sandy beaches to visit at Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Studland Bay and Milford-on-Sea, all nearby and ideal for bathing.
The historic town of Lymington is only about 5 minutes’ drive or a 30-minute walk, and has many boutiques, eateries, ice cream parlours, tea rooms and inns. It also has crazy golf, great fun for all the family, and is known for its cobbled streets leading down to the quayside with a delightful old harbour, always a hive of activity! The kids will love crabbing in the quay and canoes can be hired from here. The popular, traditional market takes place every Saturday, and there is a sailing club and an open air sea water baths dating back to 1833.

Places to visit include Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum, and the riverside village of Buckler’s Hard and Christchurch Priory. Within easy driving distance and great for family days out are Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Highcliffe Castle. Discover Lulworth Cove on the Jurassic Coastline, or visit Corfe Castle, Stonehenge, Winchester or Salisbury Cathedrals. Marwell Zoo and Paultons Park with Peppa Pig World also make for great days out.
