As the name suggests Water’s Edge is right on the waterfront with fantastic views over the Solent. It’s a spacious and light detached coastal house with a nautical, contemporary feel.
Ideal for families, with a living area and bedrooms on each floor, giving space and comfort for all. The ground floor living area is open plan to the kitchen and has additional soft seating, a Rangemaster cooker and Nespresso machine so you can treat yourself to a deluxe coffee. Doors lead to a small conservatory and out to the enclosed back garden. The first floor living room has a large window with sea views and a bar, so you can relax with a drink and watch the activity on the water.
With driveway parking for three cars you can explore on foot or bike, with cycle hire available in the town, explore the many trails around the River Yar or further afield. It’s an easy walk into the heart of Yarmouth and the ferry terminal. Visit the castle or the former railway station, now a café. The sandy beach at Colewell Bay and a nearby restaurant is only a 5-minute drive away.
