Specifically designed for large parties, the fully-fitted, modern kitchen include a sociable seated peninsula and island, oak worktops and feature wood-panelled wall. A double-sided wood burner and polished concrete floor continue throughout the whole space. The living area boasts two stunning sets of bi-fold doors with uninterrupted views and leading outside to the patio area.

An exposed flint stone wall extends the full length of the living accommodation, perfectly combining new and old, and setting off the industrial style.

The 7 bedrooms can all be offered as either a super kingsize or twin beds, perfect to suit all needs. Each bedroom also has a designated bath/shower room, where the industrial modern theme continues. One bedroom can be accessed on the level from the living accommodation and has been carefully planned with an en-suite wet room to aid less mobile guests. There is also plenty of room for your four-legged friends, as well as additional storage. Outside, the property has a patio area accessed directly from the house, complete with a hot tub, outdoor seating and lawned garden, all of which benefits from picturesque views of the countryside.

Located in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the Jurassic Coastline, there are a significant amount of things to see and do.

There are picturesque fishing villages such as Beer, as well as the coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis all within a 30-minute drive.

There are plenty of opportunities for getting out and about with the Jurassic Coast Path and East Devon Way for the walkers, as well as local horse riding schools and numerous lanes for the cyclists. Local golf courses are situated at Honiton, Sidmouth and Axe Cliff. There is also an array of lovely local beaches for the families, or why not enjoy a day out at the Donkey Sanctuary, Pecorama, Bicton botanical gardens, Axe Valley Wildlife Park or Crealy Adventure Park, all within a 30-minute drive.
