The living/dining area and well-equipped kitchen is all open plan with patio doors leading out to a private decked area with patio furniture for guests to enjoy. The owners are also happy for guests to use the garden of their home which has a lovely fishpond and waterfall for guests to enjoy. The studio is very well situated in the heart of Par village and is a 5-minute stroll to Par Sands Beach. Also located in the village is a selection of great pubs and eateries and local shops where you can get your essentials. The property also benefits from private allocated parking which is 100 yards from the property. Beach 1 mile. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
