Living room: With wood burner, 42’’ Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player, beams and French doors leading to balcony.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, gas hob, combi microwave/oven/grill, slow cooker, steamer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and French doors leading to patio.
Utility room: With washer/dryer.
Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. 2 travel cots, 2 highchairs and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 6 and gym (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
Spice Barn (UKC4330) with its ’upside down’ configuration, enjoys superb views up to the pavilion whilst offering a beautiful courtyard garden. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom making for a real cosy feel. Outside there is a small walled garden area with a patio and barbecue.
The Old Farmhouse (UK30621) offers a large kitchen, living and dining area with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. It has underfloor heated flagstones throughout the ground floor, complete with a wood burner. Outside there is a large garden and patio with a private hot tub and covered dining area with gas barbecue.
Hob Nob (UKC4332) used to house the old cider press and now provides spacious family accommodation. Its large, open plan living area is quite striking. This lovely south facing barn conversion takes full advantage of its elevated position looking out across a garden to the countryside beyond.
Blackberry (UKC4331) is a beautiful detached barn conversion with a contemporary feel and a south facing courtyard garden with chairs and a barbecue, allowing you to make the most of the sunshine.
Rainbow Cottage (UK30641) has a secluded lawned garden and patio ideal for al fresco dining and those bringing dogs. There are fabulous south facing views from the living room and its bright airy interior provides a great living space.
Honey Pot (UK30615) is a south facing cottage enjoying garden and distant views. The bedroom has a spectacular chandelier enclosed within a giant lampshade adding to the romantic honeymoon getaway feel of this lovely cottage.
The Old Farmhouse has its own hot tub whilst the other five properties share a hot tub with built in lights, set in a barn with a large open viewing window over the outstanding natural landscape. Perfect for relaxing after long walks on the beach! The properties enjoy views over a Victorian garden with the backdrop of a lovely woodland walk, making this a fabulous location for family holidays. The Victorian garden has a craftsman built Victorian glasshouse and rose arbour, herb garden, fruit trees, vegetable patch and flower beds.
The woodland walk leads down through an old quarry and to Jeremy’s Landing where you can sit and take in the beautiful surroundings as you listen to the stream gently rippling by. The south facing ‘Pavilion on the Hill’ has a dining area for eight and a separate ‘coffee lounge’. It is perfect for enjoying far reaching views, sun bathing during the day and star gazing at night!
We want you to feel relaxed and special during your stay at Old Lanwarnick, that’s why we have the Pamper Room. Why not book yourself one of the pamper packages, and spoil yourself or your partner. There is also a small gym on-site equipped with a vibro-plate, rowing machine, exercise bike and a cross-trainer. Beach 4¾ miles. Shop and pub 2 miles, restaurant 3½ miles.
