A lovely home from home, modern contemporary, fully renovated detached cottage. Tucked away in a quiet pedestrian lane yet close to the heart of Penzance and the A30 with excellent road links to explore the delights of West Cornwall.
Heamoor is on the outskirts of Penzance with a pub and shop within walking distance. The area has many idyllic villages and harbours, including nearby Newlyn and Mousehole.
The historic town of Marazion with St Michaels Mount rising on its rocky island overlooking Mounts Bay with its wide sandy beach is popular with families during the summer months and a magnet for water sports enthusiasts including kite surfers.

An ideal couples retreat for those looking for a wild winter experience walking on a windswept quiet beach or storm watching.
The sea faring town of Penzance with tales of pirates and array of shops, has tea rooms and great choice of pubs and restaurants.
The long flat promenade runs from the main harbour through to Newlyn passing the Art Deco heated outdoor swimming pool.

It’s the perfect spot to visit Lands End, Sennen Cove and Whitesand Bay or take in an evening show at the must visit Minack open air theatre. With sub-tropical gardens and National Trust properties nearby, and miles of coastal paths to walk.
